The Process
What to Expect
What do I need to provide?
- All we need from you is electricity and space!
- Must provide at least one 3-prong outlet for every 4 lights that are booked. The outlet must be within 5' of the setup location, or have an extension cord provided that will bring the electricity within 5' of the setup location.
- The setup location should be free of obstacles and easily accessible by The Wright Lights trailer. There should be at least 1.5' of space behind the lights and 6' of space in front of the lights that are free of obstacles and traffic.
- When filling out the rental agreement, the delivery range is the full extent of the time that would be an option for delivery. For example, your event starts at 6PM. You gain access to the venue at 9AM, but someone is coming to decorate the lights with balloons at 3PM, then the delivery range would be 9AM - 2:30PM. This allows us to route our delivery trucks in the most efficient way, while still ensuring your lights arrive no later than the time you need them. If you gain access to the venue the night before, please let us know so that we may deliver early for you if possible.
What will the Wright Lights provide?
- The Wright Lights will deliver the lights and set them up, provide electrical connections from the lights to a surge-protected electrical strip, secure the lights with the appropriate weights, and return to pick up the lights at the conclusion of the event.
